Please email your bio-data, a detailed synopsis of your book and three sample chapters to info@rupabooks.com. The three chapters put together should be of 1500 words only. If they exceed the prescribed word limit, please send a hard copy to:

Guidelines:

1. Ensure that your name and contact details are clearly stated on the first page of your proposal.

2. If you are sending a hard copy, ensure that the proposal is typed on plain white paper, double spaced, and uses only one side of the page. The font used should be clear and large so that it can be read easily.

3. Please allow us at least three to four weeks for evaluating your proposal. If you haven’t heard from us after four weeks and wish to know about the status of your submission, please send us an e-mail or write to us at the address mentioned above and we shall get back to you immediately. Please do not call us to enquire about the status of your manuscript or proposal.

4. Please do not send your original manuscript as we do not return submissions. It would be advisable to keep an extra copy with you.

5. Authors who submit their manuscripts should put in their queries via email at info@rupabooks.com. Phone calls or personal meeting of any kind before the acceptance of the manuscript would not be entertained.

6. Any content in the form of a proposal or manuscript will not be returned.
