RAVI MOHAN SETHI was born on 27 July 1947. He joined the prestigious Indian administrative service in 1970, and was allotted the U.P. Cadre. He held various important posts throughout his vareer but sought premature retirement from IAS in November 1995. Without clear plans, events shaped his moving into business on his own. He has set up the stellar Group of companies which is into real estate development , construction, as well as management consultancy, Stellar Parks, another group company, is in the Gymkhana, an exclusive club in greater Noida.
